- National level: three winners for the entire programme (not per class).
- District level: Rank 1–3 in each district.
- School/Institute level: Rank 1–3, only for schools with at least 50 valid registrations (cancelled, duplicate, failed-payment and refunded registrations are not counted).
- Tie-breakers in order: higher percentage, fewer wrong answers, less time taken, earlier submission.
- Identity, eligibility and guardian details are verified before any cash or physical prize is released.
- Unless this policy is changed, one student receives only the highest award won.
