The ₹199 base fee (excluding GST) is allocated per valid registration as approved: Foundation ₹100, State Partner ₹10, District Partner ₹30, Block Coordinator ₹9, School Partner ₹50. Teachers/Referral Partners are not paid a separate commission unless the Foundation approves a revised policy, and are not paid the school share unless separately approved as a School Partner.
- No commission for failed, duplicate or cancelled registrations.
- Commission on refunded registrations is reversed; any amount already paid is recovered from the next payout.
- Where a partner assignment is missing, the share is marked Pending Assignment and decided by an authorised administrator — it is never silently transferred to another partner.
- Partner mapping applicable at the time of registration is retained; later hierarchy changes do not alter commission already generated.
- Payouts are made to the verified bank/UPI account, subject to TDS where applicable.
